Gergana Gruncharova is the founder and CEO of LeadersPlay. Since she was in 7th grade she knows exactly what she wants to do – namely, manage her own business, be independent and change people’s lives for good. In 2016, Gergana was nominated for most influential woman in entrepreneurial ecosystem in Bulgaria and designated as one of the successful young Bulgarians in Forbes Bulgaria’s 30 Under 30 list. She was awarded Darik Radio’s prestigious prize for inspiring Bulgarians – 40 Under 40. Gergana holds a number of certificates and qualifications, part of them in the area of management, entrepreneurship, and sales. She holds a third qualification level in Economics, majoring in Trade, Bachelor degrees in Business Administration, Financial Management, and a Master degree in Financial Management and Marketing. Gergana is a financial consultant with the Bulgarian Association of Personal Finance Consultants. Gergana delivers a number of trainings for children and teenagers in leadership, entrepreneurship, and finance, and in her spare time consults teams who want to create an own business and raise investments.
